Excess EB bill, We have paid excess amount of Rs. 1000/- for two months

we are staying at TNSCB at perumbakkam.
EB Service No: 09315017683, We have paid excess amount of Rs. 1000/- for two months this month we have received EB bill for Rs.4000/- we are using two tubelights and two fans only.
Already raised complaint at EB online register portal, but no response,
