Dear Sir/Madam,

I am customer of Madhya Pradesh Paschim Chetra Electricity distribution company whose office situated near Gomat giri gandhinagar indore.

Complaint-- Sir I was forced heavily wrong/excess billing from company side from last 6 month. After visiting company office 4-5 times, finally they corrected last month July 17 bill and I did all payment. Now this month again they enforced wrong excess bill which clear cut show that this is calculation mistake from company side, this is mental harassment that again and again they are doing wrong billing to just collect more money by consumers. Also sir, during their office visit they misbehave with all consumers and in some cases they use abuse language against consumers. Since government has given this to private body hence their intension is only to collect more and more money by all wrong way and if consumes reached them they tried to harassed them sothat no body can raise voice.
I have hard copy of bill which clearly shows that how they increased bill by just doing wrong sumup and charge 86.51/- rs for last month which was no left any more.
Please suggest how we take our voice against these corrupted lobby.
