Dear sir,

I pay my electricity bills online and till November I have had no complaints. I paid Rs 2082 in November and then that got reflected as arrears in my next bill. When I paid online today, the money Rs 4159 got deducted towards arrears of Rs 2082 and current bill of Rs 2035. Even now the screen shot shows that the entire amount is due.
Please look into the matter and do the needful. My SBI payment reference is IGAFDNSNN9 dated 9.1.2019. (latest)
