I m rajesh parmar from nadiad I have complaint regarding electricity cutoff tonight at 3 am electricity cutoff and since this time there is no electricity and even local helpline no and office no no body is ready to answer the call and headoffice helpline no of MGVCl is worst and useless so please issue some steps or improve the service quality
