Did nor received the Electricity Bill in ditrict hamirpur , Tehsil naduan, Post office Gahlian

I would like to inform that i am from himachal pradesh living in ditrict hamirpur ,Tehsil naduan,Post office Gahlian.174405,
In our village (Lanjiana) each and everyone of the family memeber who has electricity meter get their bills.but only Me i did not get and this is not the first time happend.
Its really strange why the gentlemen who is generating the bill is ignoring always.
Our meter number.325789-A/cNo.LJ-34-D-DSGA and Meter No.1977155 and A/cNO.LJ-21-D-DSGA
PLEASE HELP TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER ,WE DONT KNOW HOW TO PAY WITHOUT BILL.
