The Excess bill complaint on RR No: 7MSMP2795 (Acc ID 3116186000) is not being resolved from past five months. We association member wanted to bring this issue to JGJ forum (after many tries with BESCOM officials and no success) and as required will approach consumer forum in person as well.

Issue: We are not able to pay the monthly Bescom bill due to this excess bill issue. The cash/Cheque collection counter is refusing to collect the monthly bill amount without paying this excess amount.


The S7 Accounts office has been non cooperative with repeated visits. Repeated complaints and daily calls to the helpline also not resolving the issue.
