I gave an application to remove the electricity meter from govt. residence of civil hospital sujanpur for staff nurses after my trasnfer.
The meter account no is 12133XN1000119 name anjna kumari civil hospital sujanpur. The application of removal was given on dt 7 oct 2017. But the was not removed till date.
A bill of amount 900 was given even after the application given.
