    Hello,
    I utilized electric from long time & pay bill each month but after change smart meter there are show -12775 rs. charges to pay. I have call many time filed officer but no one want to resolve this issue. My consumer id is 23510080862, Name- Surya kant manjhi. Within 20 day i have pay 1000 rs but all are deducted. Pls resolve my issue as soon as.
