WORNG past 4 years NBPDCL is sending us worng bill

Dear sir/maidam my consumer no 1101014046 /old I'd no DRR6312805 from past 4 years NBPDCL is sending us worng bill, I have given many complain but they don't seem serious,and for there mistake they are adding penalty charges every month bill,in my village many consumer is facing same problem,but NBPDCL is still sleeping they are very careless and wasting our time,now till date 29/12/2018 bill amount is 35411 rupees but according to our calculation it should be some 10 rupeee kindly solve it as soon as possible. thanks
