Wrong Bill is being given by SEB. Meter changed on 02/02/2018 by ESSEL VIDYUT VITRAN Muzaffarpur,Reading was 5135 that time. Bill received in month1 08/2017 for meter reading 4867,due amount was Rs.166/-. After meter change I had received bill of 28000/- in month of March 2018 & Now it is 53000/- Partial payment was not being allowed by ESSEL VIDYUT VITRAN Muzaffarpur.
