Dear Sir , i have electricity connection bearing counsumer no 7103720000 with dhbvn and in the month of 11/2014 department had replaced electricity meter by deafult in our area, from that date electric bill paying on average basis & proper bill not getting , now they not adjust the money which paid from that date & every month getting incerase bill adding month on month , now current bill got for Rs. 68222/-, too many times visit for department but no body lishen there , please suggest what to do, now i am stoping to pay electric bills
