Energy bill for month 8/2017 Was raised for 72 KWH but previous reading and reading of current month was same (6021KWH). In this circumstances it is clear that bill was raised incorrectly.
Further, bill for the month 9/2017 was raised as per current meter reading without deduction of false reading 72 units in last ènergy bill. Hence, energy charges for 72 units was charged twice.
Online complain site of Jharkhand Bijli Vitran Nigam Ltd.is not lodging the complain.

    Energy bill for month 5/2018 We gat 1406 rupees. And arear also we get in this month ssme 561 rpees which is already online paid but in this bill it is showing as arear.
