Bill updation, Taper electricity office about it but no any person accept my application

I deposited Rs 1543 on dated 8 October 2016 through sbi net banking and its receipt number is NB000947979 but bill is not updated yet. Also new bill is not given my office boy. I given an application to Taper electricity office about it but no any person accept my application. I call toll free number to resister my complaint but customer care representative did not resister my complaint and disconnected my phone several time. Please pay more attention to this matter as possible as .
