Greetings!!
I am Madho Krishan Sr. Citizen , consumer of HVPNL Rewari old Temp account number 4291600000(Old Acct No: 12432T1UTEMP1791), new account number 0326834536 from TP Scheme Rewari 123401 Haryana. Please go thru below issue, where I am continually requesting HVPNL Rewari local authorities to look into the problem from day of conversion from Temp to permanent meter for my bill amount settlement. and amount as on date reaches to 36k approx.
it's going to cross approx. one year now.
But my genuine concern is no where taken in to consideration seriously. Every month I am getting huge amount of electricity Bill, without bill charges adjustment period from Temp to Permanent. This is really very pathetic response that i ever had with such an esteemed organization called HVPNL . I am chasing this concern from past more than 8-10 months for resolution with local authorities to settle my bill difference from temp meter charges to permanent charges. No one from HVPNL Rewari bothered to get in touch with me, or revert , suggested to resolve my on going bill dispute.
due to this delay in bill amount settlement , I am unable to pay genuine bill amount that is need to pay to dhvpnl.
Consider this as Genuine Request. I am writing this letter, with self-assurance of an action plan to resolve my Bill dispute and share me a final figure that need to be pay post this amount adjustment (Temp to permanent meter conversion) without any further delay. I am genuinely stating my point to resolve my issue to replace the same in next seven days, without imposing cost on my shoulders.
