Sub:- Regarding violation of university directions , oral termination and non clearance of dues
Sir,
With due respect I would like to state that Myself Bhoopendra Bharti S/o Sh. Ram Saran Lal R/O A-50, sarvodaya Nagar, Badaun road, Bareilly,(UP)-243001, was working as a Asst Prof and HOD in Department of MBA at Ideal Group of insititutions, sadarpur sikroad,behind govindpuram,Ghaziabad having college code 028 allotted by the university. On 31 Aug, 2016, I was called by the director/ advisor of institute and inform that my services are not more required by the institute and advice me to not to come to the institute from next working day. On 01September2016. When I visited to perform my duties the security guard informed me that the management has directed to security to stop me from entering the premises of Ideal institute. By this it is clear that I have been stopped to perform my duties in illegal and unethical manner. No written Notice for termination has been served to me and director/advisor has orally terminated my services. By this activity Ideal institute has violated the direction issued by University in circular No: AKTU/VCO/Cir/2015/6934 issued on dated October 07, 2015. Copy of circular is attached for your reference. I had discussed the director/Advisor Sh. Prabal Chakarborty to kindly clear my dues (salary for three month and payment of gratuity) and release my experience letter but no positive response has been given by him. Under these circumstances I request you to kindly take cognizance in this concern and direct the institute to clear my dues and issue my exp. Letter or do the needful for justice.
