Regarding correction of my certificates, a mistake of my sur name on my diploma certificates

I'm student of (2015-2018) govt polytechnic nizamabad sir there is a mistake of my sur name on my diploma certificates sir so I want to correct it according to my SSC certificate and Aadhar certificate sir please give me a suggestion on my issue sir.
