Paid fee 12000 but not getting any updates regarding classes

I have paid 12000 to Bloombrain live classes. After payment they are receiving phone calls and not updating me regarding classes. First counselor said classes will get start after payment. all the time fake promise. and when i demanded my amount they refuse to receive my phone calls. Bloombrain is fake company. they just grab amount. Kindly help me to get my amount back.
