Conplaint against Ghar Pe Shiksha regarding fraud

I had registered for Ghar Pe Shiksha membership…they called me to pay rs9440 (which I did) and after paying the amount, they further asked me to pay rs2560 (for the membership will be of one year). Even after paying the full amount, they gave me membership of only six months.They also assured me that I will earn 40/45k a month by giving tutions immediately after the day my profile was activated all the enquires were closed down and there were no new enquiries sent to me for the next three to four days. I called them and asked them to refund the amount paid by me which they refused to give and assured me that they will provide me with new enquiries in Delhi itself. Further, the enquiries that they provided were probably fake as no one was picking up my phone. I tried contacting one girl who picked up my phone after calling her 3-4 times and treated me very disrespectfully. They promise teachers to provide them tutions of rs900 per hour on the other hand, they promise the students to provide tutions of only rs100/200 per hour. I was in a very bad mental state and felt helpless as they were not even picking up my call. I tried contacting them from different phone number and within 2 minutes my phone was picked up. I spoke to 20/25 of their customer care agents and one of them assured me that the agent who basically controls all the financial and refund cases, will contact me which didn`t happen. I tried contacting Mr Rishabh Jain for two days(everyone was either disconnecting my call or making up reasons). On sarturday Mr Rishabh himself called me and refused to refund my money and told me that he will work on my profile and provide me tutions, I didn`t receive a single legit enquiry. I was aware that they have non-refundable policy but didn`t know that I will be deprived of my basic rights and will be duped of my own money. I am being mentally harassed by their agents and I therefore want my money back as I am not benefitted by their services. Actually it is all fake as I got the same feedback by others at their google account. I have all the requisite proof against them.
