It's fraud app. They convince people to pay activation charge and promised to give students for tutoring. But all these promises are fake. After payment, they do nothing like that. Contacts provided by them is fake or may be their own.

    Worst app. It’s a total scam. They don’t provide genuine leads for tutoring and then claim that all your leads are exhausted so it’s a total waste of time and money. Senior staff working here is highly unprofessional with no manners to address a other female staff. You can’t even report such incidents because they threaten you. Not safe environment. Don’t enroll yourself. Total waste of resources. Kindly search for other platforms.

    I am looking for the classes from last 2days but there is not a single additional number for accounts class. Only 2 classes are showing on my screen which are 17 km far away from my location. Why would I choose Ghar Pe Shiksha App if I have to travel 17 km away from my destination? At the time of payment your agent Mr. Rishabh Kumar suggested me more than 3 classes nearby my location in fact he also told me that "You will receive a call from the home our agent for the contact details that I suggested to you" . But I have not receive any call in this regard. Why your agent give false commitments? I made prompt payment for the membership fee to receive these 3 suggestions which were provided by your agent. Now I am regretting choosing Ghar pe shiksha app. I am trying to connect with customer service executives of ghar pe shiksa since yesterday but they are just avoiding my complaint and wasting my time(They are always asking that we will revert you back for your query but there is not any call from executive).
