I am doing MCA from Jaipur national unisversity online with uts global asonline portal for that.i already submitted the fee for the Back log and was unable to register to fill the exam form i tried to contact them through mail and phone no. given by them but they didn't revert on that and doesn't even pick the phone tried calling them at least 50 times.
raised the support request with them.now they picked the phone and saying we can't do any thing now as the exam form are over and asking me to wait for 6 months for the next schedule.

totally a frustrated thing and i can't waste my 6 months i want my money back and the compenstation.

    Not received my MARKSHEET in spite of drafting 1000 MAILS and calls no response received
    I had got assistance only for 2 months and after that like an idiot had to keep calling to get my issue resolved.I had go to Barham just to get my study material which is almost 50 km from my house in spite of paying all my fees.
    Exams assistance was horrible every time or every mouth the coordinators change who don't understand what is going on unprofessional the most horrible decision I took of studing if I would have invested this much in Pune university attest would have got best assistance and 100 % assurance.

    I was informed of job PLACEMENT and when I paid my entire fees the policy changed.
    I WANT entire refund of fees internet which was expensive from2013 -2018 and invested time

    I have completed MBA online from Jaipur national university now they people not responded over the phone and emails for the past 3 years and nor issuing my degree certificate.

    Please do not interact with this institution as it is a fraudulent university.
