Dear sir.
My self Yogesh sharma. I had admission in shobhit university through Gyan Devi institute(faridabad) with distance education.The institute asked for deposit fees and all documents and i submitted.They always make a excuse related to admission and papers.After a long period gone they arrange a papers 1st 2nd and 3rd years within some days and gave me a mark-sheet of University,when i came to university for my degree, they told me to submit 1st and 2nd years marksheet then they provide me degree.
sir i'm hopeless and i want to your help for this....
