Complaint against Trupti Academy for not refunding the money

I took admission in Trupti Academy FOR 11th,12th and JEE course in 27 June 2019 and I was not satisfied with the teaching and their services so I discontinued with them but when I asked them to cancel my admission and refund my money in oct/nov 2019 they refused to do so.Also I have miled them but no reply and I want your much required support.Also I registered a complaint on NCH but wasn't provided with necessary and satisfactory solution.I paid 50000/- rs for the course and 1000/- for registration now I want refund.Also I wished to visit consumer court but lockdown came into picture so I couldn't travel.I am poor sir and facing financial crisis today.Please help me.
