Since Last Four Month Not Giving Refund Of Fees Paid For Classroom Crash Course

We took admission for Classroom Crash Course - Neet(UG)2020 at Allen Career Institute , Nerul , Navi Mumbai on 08/03/2020 & paid Rs 35000/- towards the same for which we got receipt on 12/03/2020 ( Receipt uploaded )Classes started from 09/03/2020 but closed down since 14/03/2020 & they said same will start from 01/04/2020 but till date Classroom not started rather they started online to which we said no as we don't have facility of pc/laptop & wifi at home.
As we had paid for Classroom course & that could never happen , we asked for refund of our money & have been following since April but till date they have not returned my hard earned money. Initially they said it will be refunded in 45 days but now its been more than four months , they are just harassing.
We first contacted Mr Prashant Bhatt ( Nerul centre Head ) then he directed me to one Mr Avdhesh Jha who further directed me to one Mr Rateesh Pathak.This has been going on since last four months. They asked me to write mail also , i sent 3 - 4 mails which they haven't replied also.
