Forcing to pay fees and speaking rudely

During pandemic year 2020-2021, many students parents are facing problems economically and because of that we students are not able to pay fees on time. I paid some amount of fees 2 weeks late as my financial condition was not good and also i had undergone two operations. After paying the amount i called college registrar for recipt,which she responded rudely and told me to pay full fees.
