Respected Sir/Madam,

I am a subscriber of extra marks. I have bought a soft course of class 9th and 10th from extra marks for my daughter's education. The package is of 25000 rupees in the form of EMI. But we aren't satisfied with their service. We have informed this to their customer service as we wanted to stop the deduction of the money. we have complained this 3 to 4 months ago but our money has been getting deducted from 3 months even though we aren't using their app. We have informed about this deduction to their customer service again via Gmail and contacts. But they refused to refund the money and stop the deduction of money. They replied that the subscription can be stopped within 7 days of the subscription, but their executive didn't inform about this and also is not mentioned in their application form they said that we can cancel their subscription if we are not satisfied with their app. This made us trust them. On the hole they cheated us.

so we please request to order them to stop the deduction of our amount from our bank and refund the money.
