I am student of khalsa college mohali.In previous semester college has give a SC/ST, OBC, BPL Concession.I also claimed a BPL concession previous year.But in this year college has stop giving SC/ST, OBC, BPL concession.I went to the principal office and make request to principal madam as regard conession.but she said that college has stop giving SC/ST, OBC, BPL Concession. Due to this I want to complaint against khalsa college mohali.
