Byjus sell us a product with hiding the facts details and they were not cleared the all he facets while counselling at our home and insist us to pay the charges( 5000 INR) immediacy .

their service is not satisfactory , they charges 85000 for some online videos only .
They are cheating with the innocent customers so please take the actions against them .

I have requested to them to cancel the Couse and payment so many time but they are not responding to us on emails and calls so please help me to close the course with them and refund my amount which is 12, 000/ INR yet and going to be increased with the auto deduction system by byjus
