I have been using the services since a long and now i need to permanently deactivate all the services and disconnect the connection. I have called the customer care department and sent the email also for the same.
surprisingly, none of the company representative turned back. O phone call they said that they will not disconnect the services.
All the hardware , se top box and remote are ready to take back by the company.
Am simply requesting to refund my account balance as on today. But I really do not understand what exactly the problem in refunding account balance while am not using any of services?
