Videocon D2H connection , Refused to attend complaint during Mainteneance contract

I have two Videocon D2H connection at my home. My customer ID is 188449540. I have taken CMA contract for the connections also. I have reported yesterday for nonfunctional of my D2H. But company engineer is not ready to come and visit and check the problem but asking to replace the Dish only without any verification or visit and asking for amount for Dish. During CMA discussion all calls were agreed to be attended but now they are refusing to attend the 3rd call only.
Request you to get this problem rectified at earliest.
