Unnecessary charge of 800 rupees and not yet refunded...

I have called for technical problem in set top box and requested for engineer visit. D2h Engineer visited and changed set top box and for that he took 800 rupees in hand from me. After that on 16th November suddenly my account went into switch off mode, I have recharged with 300 rupees but still channels are not coming. For confirmation I spoke to d2h customer service representative and d2h representative said it is 450 rupees charge has been done because of the service I have availed for set top box change and service charge for the engineer's visit at my home. When I explained to d2h representative about the amount 800 rupees that has been collected from their engineer he calaculated total amount that 800+450=1250 which Videocon d2h has taken from me and the actual charge was 450. The representative of VIDEOCON said within 08 working hours the amount will be refunded to my d2h account. After that so many times I spoke to Videocon d2h customer service team, their supervisoRS, and managers. Always and still they are giving only assurance that the amount will be refunded within 08 working hours, as soon as possible, some of them are saying 24hours. All that assurances are failed to solve my issue. Repeatedly they are saying routine dialogues like 8 working hours and apologies.
Please do the needful and help me to get my money back...
