Not Working For last 6 Days, Regret to state that it is absolutely poor service

Guys,

I have been trying to reach your customer service for the last few days. Regret to state that it is absolutely poor service. The matter remains unresolved I.E., my d2h services not working because of insufficient funds, however, it is the other way round. This is the 6th day that we have not been able to watch TV programmes. I am extremely unhappy with pathetic Videocon d2h services. Nodal officer telephone no's displayed on d2h website are fake(not working).

Are you guys serious in rendering services? You guys have confirmed that there is balance in my account vied mail dated 22/03/2019. Why is it that I am not able to view the programmes. Further I a have been trying to reach your customer care many times in the last few days without success. It is either switched off /busy/not reachable. I have tried reaching the following numbers just now - 73558 73558 Not Functioning 92500 92500- switched off Hyderabad 040 400 23363 is not functioning. What am I supposed to do now?

Prompt services are provided to me without any further delay absence of which I will be forced to escalate the matter to higher authorities in your company.
