Dear Team
I have purchased one DTH offer plan on 23.03.21 through Airtel DTH Thanks app. This offer was related to UDP 12 months in 1349 INR and total saving of 1364 INR.
After purchase one day my active plan was working on 24.03.21 but after that plan get changed to basic plan and I was unable to get benefit of earlier one. After contact with customer care I came to know that UDP plan was for Star related service and I have to pay extra 50-60 INR to continue existing channel.
My concern is that nowhere in offer it was mention that plan will be change or plan is for Star channels only. I feel fraud and customer care is also misleading information. Kindly take appropriate action.
