We want to file a complaint against Raj Cables, Faridabad, Sector 46.
We had paid them money for 6 months, and for a few days the TV was active but then the connection has been cut. Its already 7 days since we are calling their service department and the owners.
We have already made more than 20 calls to them. But there is no resolution. They disconnect the connection 2 days before the month ends. They take money for 31 days but disconnect it on 29th of the month. We want compensation from them for the issues they have been creating.
This is not the first time its happening. It is a regular issue with this fraud company.
