I am a subscriber of videocon d2h services and was using the diamond package. My subscription was ending on Jan 19 and submitted a list of channels I wanted to subscribe on Jan 19 itself. I got a message saying I will be contacted shortly. However, no one contacted me and my services were terminated on Jan20. I recharged my account for a week hoping that someone will contact me. Still I was not contacted and therefore I renewed my earlier package for an year.

On Feb 3, suddenly more than 50% pf the channels covered under my subscription were blocked. I was able to connect to their customer care number only after 2 days and was informed that all the channels covered in my subscription will start working in about 5 hours time as their was some back-end problem. However till date none of the channels are working. Their customer care numbers (both mobile and toll free) are unreachable, their website is not working, and I am completely lost as to what I should do.
