Not providing Digital TV connection after taking one year Advance Charges

Dear Sir,

I had booked a Digital TV connection from Independent TV on 13th October 2018 against which I have received their communication after follow up of the booking on 17th October 2018 that it will take 1-2 weeks to complete the installation process.

On 24th October 2018 I again received an apology mail for delay in services only after my follow up mail. I tried their Customer Care number on numerous occasions but where they are neither they have any Escalations Matrix or they are able to provide any Distributor’s contact details. Every time I make a call on their Customer Care Number, they are having a stereo time answer that it will take 1 week time.

On 5th November 2018 I received a mail from their side providing following details but still not able to give any concrete date for installation of connection :

Today is 21st November 2018 and even after one and half month, there is no positive response from Independent TV and I have also not been provided any specific date and Contact Details of the Distributor.

Under such circumstances I request your kind office to take appropriate legal action against the Independent TV as they are not taking One Year Advance charges i.e. Rs. 1999/- from fellow customers are not providing them connection as well.
