failed recharge / refund of amount

Videocon D2h recharge not credited on 03.05.2020. I have recharged my d2h today morning for 500 and 200 rupees.

Rs 500 recharge not credited. However Rs. 200 got recharged successful.

Kindly update my recharge amount or return my recharge amount.
