Regarding on services from last 1 month - Independent TV, formerly Reliance Big TV

I had took the Independent TV three months back. They took 3500 rs from me and installed the dish and setup box. The connection is free for one year and have 8 HD channels. After one month they closed all HD channels and after one month all channels were closed. I am getting the error 400 signal lost. I am calling them from last 15 days and they all try to fool me. They are making false commitments to me and no technician came to resolve the issue. Now, I am very frustrated and I want to Sue the company and want to file a case against the company.
