Recharge of Videocon d2h, no recharge has been done and my d2h connection

Dear sir,
My customer ID in Videocon d2h is- 88478839,on 06 Oct 2019 I have requested for customer care shifting of my d2h inside my home vide request no.67933988732 and the technician came to my home and relocated the d2h at 1600hrs.I have paid him Rs.450 as cash as shifting charge.
The technician told me that recharging through him will get 14 more days for 3 month pack and it will be recharged within half an hour as my d2h is due to recharge on 07 oct 19,i have paid him extraRs.800 for recharge (total rs 1250)
Till now no recharge has been done and my d2h connection also stopped stating insufficient balance. I have called the technician several timeswhose mob no is-9003923583 and he is not responding my call.the photo of the technician is attached.i have complained to your customer care vide no.755473569 regarding this.

Kindly do necessary action to recharge my account as early as possible and take action against the corrupted technician.
