No one addressing my complaint since last 23 days and I am not able to view the channel and they are

I am Amit Mishra . My Videocon D2H customer ID - 241725143. Complaint No - 791053061 and registered mobile number - 8910915820 . I have registered a complaint to videocon d2h customer care on last 28th May 2020 that I am not able to view channels and it's 23 days now, but no one from their side contacted me yet and every day they charging for service, which I am not using. Whenever I am calling their customer care , they are giving excuse of COVID 19 , but it's not mean that they will not address my problem since so many days and I am feeling cheated. Please help me.
