The TV was working fine until in the month of August it suddenly lost the video/visuals in it. We tried checking with the set top box and cable service provider, but the problem lies within the TV set.
As the TV set was under warranty provided by you as manufacturer and the seller, we approached the store for claiming the service under warranty. The store person named Manoj Lal kept the TV set for almost a month and returned it without any improvement stating that the TV set is fine. Any further service was denied by the store representative and he denied to share contact details of the store Manager.
This has been a terrible situation for us as a customer who trusted your esteemed brand than any other brand in the market.
I request you to please intervene the situation and provide support for the device or replace the device.
If no satisfactory action is taken by you, I would be forced to lodge a complaint against F&D in consumer court.
