Complaint not being addressed by Mahalaxmi cable Undri (Intermedia Cable Communication Pvt Ltd))

DTH TV Complaint Complaint Date: May 20, 2020
I am not able to view my cable since May 16 and I have contacted ICC cable every day since may 16 however the only answer that I get is "We will send the technician today" and when I try following up with them they won't answer the call.
Also their head office customer care is not reachable and therefore, I cannot get a complaint number as well.
This is the 5th day I am without cable services though I have paid for the entire month of May.
Please help!
