This is regarding the complaint I had registered on October 8 for the technical error with my d2h connection. On the same day, the technician had repaired the cabling part and charged Rs.200 for the service. The issue started again after few hours of service. I had called the same technician, replaced the LNB, and charged RS.220 for the same. But the issue still persists and till now no one came for the service. I had called customer service several times to resolve my issue but no use. I had requested for a call back last day also and no one called me for the same. Then I had called the same technician and he is telling me to replace the STB. The account has around a 5k balance. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.
