Sir/Madam,
I booked videocon d2h thru online on Tuesday(25-082020) and
paid full amount for the same. But the installation is not done so far.
The installation guy made a call and told me that he didnt get any amount for the installation of D2H dish. I made calls and mails to videocon customercare for resolving the same. But I got the message that only with automatic reply thru email from videocon. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible. The file is enclosed
