I am Naveen staying at Cochin-Kerala D2H ID:3035341915 .I have an issue with extreme set top box(stb) where the youtube app is not working.I keep raising the Issue and the back end or the agent/technician who is supposed to fix keep closing my Issue without my consent or happy code. Complaint history below.

Now the customer care is not taking Issues related to youtube at all,I need a technician to look after this youtube issue and fix or replace the STB.
