DD SPORTS 1.0 CHANNEL NOT IN D2h Broadcast list

Customer ID: 24634586 - They have mentioned DD Sports channel as number 435, it's actually showing DD Sports 2.0 which is not broadcasting Olympics. DD Sports 1.0 is broadcasting Olymics. They want us to activate channels for Sony Six which shows Olymics and is not free. When ever we call and complaint about this issue, they drop the call, I have tried 5 times already.
