I have replaced my set top box for card no. 42566560092 dated 20-Oct-2018, company promised me for 3 months free replacement guarantee for the same. The replaced set top was really very bad quality and get restarted within 5 seconds and now not in working condition in just after 2 months from replacement.
Today on 06/01/2019 I have log the complaint for replacement videocon D2H customer care telling me that only box can replaced free of cost but I have to pay Rs. 200 to technician for visiting charge.
This is very unprofessional to forcing money from customer for Poor product provided earlier.
I would to raise legal action against videocon D2H for providing Poor and cheap quality product and asking for money of Rs. 200 as technician charges for replacement the poor product.
