    I had taken Road Side assistance from Cross Roads for vehicle breakdown for Rs 1000/-
    Cross roads failed to provide me any service.Since their service is very horrible , I wanted to discontinue using their services and asked to refund 1000/- amount which they had taken from me . Cross roads is making excuses and it seems I will not get this refund back . Through consumer forum I want to share my problem and seek your help
