EVEN BOOKED FOR RELIANCE TV INSTALLED US INDEPENDENT TV WITH VERY POOR SERVICES

Dear Sir/Madam,

I booked Reliance Digital Tv (Big TV) after there committed aid with booking Rs.500/- on Mar-2018 with installation commitment within 30-45 working days (with 1 yr subscription / 5yr FTA pack) but they installed in 7th Oct-18 (5 months delay result i lapsed + renew airtel DTH amt.). They installed us which connection named with Independent but not Reliance TV which i initially paid the amount. This connection is very bad quality mean no channel programming information available in menu, picture quality very slow video and voice streaming difference. I could not approached any body on their customer care nor their local distributor. I am help less. I requrested to local distributor for my problem but the helpless. i urge them to cancel my booking but not help me.

I tried 100 times to their customer care but failed to connect. If such type of services than its not customer friendly. Please favaour me for surrender this dth connection and refund me the amount.
