Non Delivery of Consignment

I had booked a courier on 16/10/2021 thru DTDC Courier Service to Kolkata from Indore the consignment id of my parcel is D68637597. Till date the courier was not delivered to the receiver. I had paid Rs. 750/- for the express delivery and I had been committed that the courier will delivered by Tuesday 19/10/2021, the courier contains food items which were supposed to expired by 21/10/2021. I had raised the concern to the company thru via mail, call centre and online portal. But no response from anywhere. I ask them to give me a letter regarding that they are not able to delivered and they are not committed to me that someone from their side will contact me but again three days are gone but no response from the local office as well.

I need strict action against the compnay.
