Not delivering order after payment is done.

I want to file a case against flipkart for not delivering my order after a month even though the payment was done in advance. my order of "mega star multipurpose heat resistant Baking Oil Cooking Silicone Spatula and Pastry Brush Set for Cooking silicon Flat Pastry Brush" that i have placed on 6 August 2020 and paid advance but its not delivered after one month till 7 september 2020, and on 8 september its shows that you have cancelled the order but i have not cancelled it. and i want flipkart to apologize for there mistake and the problem they give me. and should stop taking online payment when they are unable to give order on time.
